HOW TO USE EXERCISE FOR MAXIMUM HEALTH

When you are younger you are physically more active then when you get older. There are a lot of people who for whatever reason refuse to understand this principle. Keeping yourself as active as possible will ensure that you have maximum health, if you have maximum health then you will be able to fight off diseases better, have more endurance, and avoid many of the pitfalls associated with not having good health. One of the best ways to do this is to exercise; I know this may be a scary word for some but stay with me as I try to explain.

Exercise to work your respiratory system

As you become older you may begin to pull back on many of the things you did when you were younger that gave you a good workout. It can be small things like walking to school or riding a bike every once in a while. These things are important because they help you to breath better, when you can breath better you are able to get oxygen to your organs at a better rate which will ensure there proper functioning. When you are being physically active you are breathing in very deeply, this gives the respiratory system a good workout which can only benefit you.

Consistent Physical activity

You have to think of your organs as being little muscles that you are capable of working out through proper exercise. I do not mean muscle exercising; this is designed to only target your muscles. You want to get large amounts of oxygen to your most vital organs, stimulating your vital organs with proper exercise and all the extra oxygen will help them do their job better. This will help you to avoid many of the problems associated with bad health or low levels of inactivity.
