Authorized returns must be postmarked within 45 days after the Customer’s receipt of purchase. All returns should be accompanied by either the original invoice or a copy of this invoice. If an exchange has been requested, the customer will be contacted within 3 – 5 business after receiving the return to arrange for payment to cover the return shipping.  The exchanged items will be shipped after payment has been secured.
