What happens if an item is backordered?
If an item is currently out of stock, you will be contacted via e-mail to alert you of this status. Every effort will be made to ship your merchandise to you in a timely manner. If you ordered more than one item, and not all items are on backorder status, you may receive multiple shipments to complete your order.
When will my backordered items be in stock?
Typically items will be available within 2 weeks, however, Sistas Shirts is not responsible for delays caused by the manufacturer. Sistas Shirts will make every effort to fulfill all orders in a timely manner.
How can I request a group order brochure?
Click on the Group Order link on the home page and follow the instructions to order a brochure. You can also call customer service at 1-877-9-U-GO-GIRL and request our current brochure.
Are discounts available for group ordering?
Yes they are. If your group of 10 or more orders the same style and color of t-shirt, long sleeved shirt, tank top, fleece top, zip-up, or yoga pants you will instantly receive a 30% discount. Step by step ordering information is available if you click on the Group Order link on the homepage.
Do you offer gift cards?
At this time Sistas Shirts does not have gift cards available. Please check back for future availability.

What type of payments do you accept?
Sistas Shirts accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
Will my credit card be charged immediately?
Credit cards will be charged before the merchandise is shipped to the customer.
Refunds & Exchange
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product(s) for either a refund or exchange. We honor all manufacturing defects with a full refund or exchange. If you are unhappy with the size and fit of the product, then please return the item for an exchange.
How can I make an exchange?
Before submitting a return, please contact us at contact@sistasshirts.com or toll free at 1-877-9-U-GO-GIRL to obtain an Authorization Return Number. Please include this number on you invoice that you return with the item you would like to exchange. Please return all merchandise to: Sistas Shirts 3048 B E. Elm St. Springfield, MO 65802 The customer is responsible for paying all shipping charges associated with the exchange, including delivery of the new item.
How should I ship my return or exchange?
You may ship via the USPS, Fedex or UPS. Sistas Shirts is not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise shipped by the customer.
Will I be charged freight for an exchange?
You will be charged our standing shipping rates to send all exchanges back to you.
I received an item that is damaged, what do I do?
Sistas Shirts wants you to be completely satisfied with all of your purchases. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately to receive an Authorization Return Number. Please include this number on your invoice when the item is returned. Sistas Shirts can be contacted via e-mail at contact@sistasshirts.com or toll free at 1-877-9-U-GO-GIRL. Sistas Shirts only honors returns for damaged goods that are considered manufacturers defects. This does not include damage caused by the customer or alteration in any way of the clothing by the customer.
When will my credit card be refunded?
Your credit card will be refunded within 5 – 7 business days after receiving the returned merchandise.

What are your shipping options?
Sistas Shirts typically ships via USPS, but may on occasion utilize Fed Ex or UPS.
Can you ship to a PO box?
Yes, we will ship to a PO box.
What countries do you ship to? And what about duties?
Sistas Shirts will ship internationally as well. Shipping charges will be figured on an individual basis at the time of the order, based on the destination country. The customer is responsible for all customs’ charges due in the destination country.
Sizes
What are the washing instructions for your garments?
All items should be washed in cold water and tumble dried on medium. Please refer to the garment’s tag for any additional washing instructions.
How do the sizes work?
All shirts are pre-shrunk and women’s fit for a more contoured appearance. Please refer to the following chart for approximate size somparisons: Small (0-2) 30 – 32 chest Medium (4 – 6) 32 – 34 chest Large (6 – 8) 34 – 36 chest X-Large (8 – 10) 36 – 38 chest Fleece tops and Zip-ups are only available in sizes small and medium , but do run large. Someone choosing a small or medium t-shirt could wear a small fleece top or zip-up. Additionally, someone choosing a large or x-large t-shirt could wear a medium fleece top or zip-up. Yoga pants are available in medium, large, and x-large, but tend to run small. Yoga pants are designed to have a fitted look. They are cut to allow for freedom of movement.
Should I expect shrinkage?
All items are pre-washed, which not only makes them super soft, it pre-shrinks them. So you will not have to worry about any additional shrinkage.
Do you carry plus sizes?
At this time, Sistas Shirts does not carry plus sizes.
